Synopsis

This page will tell you where the various links go, and what kind of information or content you can expect to find at each of them. This will be regularly updated as links are added and can be a good landing page.

local links
home Initial `index' page of the site. Provides a brief introduction and overview of the site's purpose.
contact Contact information & messaging form. Can be used to review details on how to make contact with me manually, or to submit text within a convenient form to generate an email directly from the page. Link name may be presented in a variety of forms, usually with appended identifiers (adjusting the word `contact' between adjective and verb in such context).
content description This page. Provides a more granular level of detail into the individual links available on the navigation and throughout the site. Link name may be presented in full as content description or abbreviated as content desc.
writing Overview of creative writing. A look at the inspiration, process, and tools used in my personal authorship (with an open-source bent).
technology Tutorials & Write-ups on facets of Technology. Main launch page with links for articles, essays, and tutorials by yours truly on different aspects and tools of technology.
music Overview of personal musical efforts. Very similar to the content description page in that it is intended to provide an organizational launching point for other content. In this case, the content is a list of my personal musical endeavors and their associated media and information.
davinci initiative Venture Capital Proposal. Contents here are still under wraps, but some information has been announced on the blog on July 17th 2006 - DaVinci Initiative.

Wide Niche Blog. This is my semi-frequently updated blog, currently provided by the Google owned site blogger.com. The introductory text reads:
Wide Niche. Potentially self-contradictory title, I know. But fitting nonetheless, in that the intent is an exploration of grand concourses through micro-contextual vignettes: both forest and trees, and balance within. I guess.
journal Private journal. Used as a running journal of life events and thoughts entered within a wiki (MediaWiki codebase) from a variety of entry points and devices: online, portable word processor, palm pilot, digitized script, &c. Restricted to private access (enforced via HTTP password controls).
prose slushpile Private creative writing. Test ground for various ideas, outlines, and snippets of prose composition in varying states of completion and polish. A continuation of my experimenting with wikis (similar code base as the journal) for creative endeavors to help organize efforts which, for me, do not readily lend themselves to such organization typically. The hope is to refine contents and subjects there prior to graduating into publication. Restricted to private access (enforced via HTTP password controls).
forever moments, by rachelle Photographic Services for Weddings & Families, as provided by my talented wife Rachelle. Currently this houses a wedding-centric portfolio and simple contact information, with the primary point of the domain to serve as an introduction, host albums for client preview, and provide email.
tomlinson-family.org Family Forums. Used to discuss stuff applicable to the Tomlinson Family, both nuclear and extended, connected by blood, marriage, friendship, and the internet.
givemerewards.com GiveMeRewards!com Intellectual property placeholder, closely related to the DaVinci Initiative. Further details witheld for now.
uccbc.net Utah County Center for Behavioral Change. Another placeholder, this time in preparation of a completely separate career as a Hypnotherapist. This is an idea I toyed with (and a certification process I began) in mid-2003 as an exit from the suffering technology economy, and as the fastest route to making professional use of applied psychology. Something I may still pick up and finish one of these days.
